The Powermax65 SYNC, Powermax85 SYNC, and Powermax105 SYNC are portable plasma power supplies for CNC plasma cutting machine that can be used to perform many handheld and mechanized cutting and gouging operations.

The Powermax SYNC system includes the following features:

Cuts conductive metals such as mild steel, stainless steel or aluminum with air or nitrogen

CNC plasma cutting machine cut stainless steel with F5 gas

CNC plasma cutting machine gouge with 2 types of gouging Deep gouging and fine gouging

Adjusts the output current (A) of the SmartSYNC handheld torch

Uses a single-piece, one-piece quick-change nozzle, not a set of consumable nozzles

Automatically sets the operating mode, output current (A) and gas pressure based on the type of SmartSYNC torch and Hypertherm quick-change nozzle you have installed

Records quick-change nozzle information so you can monitor the life of the one-piece nozzle and notify you when you need to install a new one-piece nozzle

Disables the SmartSYNC torch without turning the CNC plasma cutting machine plasma power supply OFF

Quickly changes SmartSYNC torches with the FastConnect™ system (quick disconnect system)
