4. The fiber laser cutting machine is required to have good ventilation conditions, no dust, no corrosion, and a clean site environment.

5. The installation foundation requires that there should be no large vibration around it, and an earthquake-proof ditch should be dug.

6. The laser is required to be installed at an ambient temperature of 20°C (refer to the laser manual).

7. The chiller is a special device that provides cooling circulating water to the laser, external optical path, and cutting head lens. The pressure of the cooling water is maintained between 4.5 and 6 Bar. The cooling circulating water requires the use of high-quality pure water or distilled water; the cooling water of the PRC series laser is a mixture of 40% propylene glycol and 60% distilled water.

8. To prevent the occurrence of fire, the processing site of the fiber laser cutting machine should be equipped with appropriate fire extinguishers and reserve certain fire extinguishing channels.

9. The distance between the left and rear sides of the machine tool and the workshop wall should be more than 1.2M; the distance between the rear side of the laser and the workshop wall should be more than 1.5M; the chiller and air compressor can be placed outdoors, but should be within 10M from the laser.

10. The control unit, servo unit, display and control panel are the core components of the machine tool. They have certain requirements for the environment and should avoid electromagnetic interference, such as arc welding and discharge machining, to affect the normal operation of the machine tool.
