1. Chuck-type pipe clamping method: 3-claw or 4-claw lathe with high hardness chuck, can be clamped forward or reverse, can be clamped manually or electrically, wireless rotation with high precision and small inertia.

2. The universal CNC system for tube sheets is an advanced CNC system optimized and upgraded on the basis of the Shanghai Jiaotong University system. The radius, intersection angle and cutting speed of the main and branch pipes are input into the computer, which can automatically convert and generate cutting programs. The universal two-dimensional cutting system for plate cutting is very simple to operate.

3. The bracket-type steel pipe support trolley is supported by high-strength stainless steel lead screw and linear hydraulic support rod. The single load-bearing capacity is about 400KG, and 3 to 6 can be selected according to the thickness and length of the steel pipe.

4. Plasma power supply. It can perforate and cut 0.5mm-30mm and edge cut 40mm metal materials. It adopts air cooling, water cooling and other cooling methods, and is equipped with a metal cutting torch as standard, which completely solves the problem of easy burning of the cutting gun. It has its own arc voltage adjustment, cutting seam compensation, arc extinguishing and self-return, and anti-collision system, which can work continuously for 24 hours.

5. The linear guide, ball screw, gear rack combined transmission structure, all gear racks are quenched, which greatly improves the toughness and hardness of the running parts. All quenching and fine grinding parts are treated with chemical anti-rust oil, and the precision tooling automatically matches the meshing, with meticulous attention to detail.

CNC plasma cutting machines can cut various metals that are difficult to cut with oxygen cutting with different working gases, especially for non-ferrous metals (stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, nickel). The cutting effect is better; its main advantage is that when cutting metals with small thickness, the plasma cutting speed is fast, especially when cutting ordinary carbon steel thin plates, the cutting surface is smooth, the thermal deformation is small, and there is almost no heat-affected zone.
