By adjusting the angles of the three reflectors, the optical path is made parallel. The laser head of the fiber laser cutting machine hits the same point at any position and focuses on the center of the focusing lens. The optical path adjustment method of the metal laser cutting machine is as follows: (adjust the current to 4-5mA)
1. Check whether the laser can hit the reflector
Method: Cover the mirror with a plastic sheet, and press the TEST button to see the position of the laser point. If the laser cannot illuminate the lens, adjust the position of the lens. Check whether the laser will hit the second and third reflectors. If not, adjust the M1, M2 and M3 screws behind the upper reflector.
2. Test hitting the laser point
Method: Paste at least two layers of double-sided tape at the light entrance of the laser barrel of the fiber laser cutting machine, move the laser head to the upper right corner of the workbench, and press the "Test" button on the control panel to hit the laser point. Move the laser cutting machine laser head to the upper left corner, and then hit a laser point to see if it is in the same position as the point in the upper right corner. If they are not in the same position, adjust the M1, M2 and M3 screws of the lower reflector so that the center point and the point in the upper right corner are in the same position.
Move the laser head of the fiber laser cutting machine to the lower left corner, observe whether the point is the same as the upper right corner, and then adjust the reflector. Repeatedly adjust the laser cutting machine optical path as described above, and align the three laser points to the same position.
3. Check whether the focus is in the center
Method: Place a mirror vertically below the focusing mirror of the fiber laser cutting machine and observe the laser focus position.
