First of all, we have two configurations, one is 86 stepper motor, and the other is Panasonic servo motor. Both motors are widely used in the electromechanical industry, and their quality meets national standards. However, the price of Panasonic servo motor is obviously higher than that of 86 stepper motor. So is it true that all equipment is equipped with Panasonic motors? Let's analyze today, what kind of configuration is the best?

Portable CNC plasma cutting machines do not involve the use of Panasonic servo motors, because the equipment is relatively small and unilaterally driven. Sometimes the equipment we configure for customers with Panasonic servo motors is a gantry CNC plasma cutting machine.

The conventional configuration of the gantry CNC cutting machine is 3 meters wide and 8 meters long, or 4 meters wide and 8 meters long. The effective cutting length of these two devices is 6 meters long, which is a conventional configuration in the industry. For such a configuration, we choose 86 stepper motors. The reason is very simple. The use intensity within this cutting range can be fully configured with stepper motors. It is economical and sufficient. In principle, effective cutting within 12 meters can be fully used normally with stepper motors. This is fully sufficient for equipment and customers. So under what circumstances do we recommend customers to choose Panasonic servo motors? If the length of the equipment selected by the customer is greater than 14 meters, and it is used for metal processing, then we recommend that the customer choose Panasonic servo motors, because after the equipment is lengthened and enlarged, a larger servo motor is needed to cooperate with the use effect to be more stable. For customers, choosing a motor is not necessarily a good choice for imported motors. In fact, it is best to have all the configurations just right to meet our cutting requirements. If our equipment does not need to be configured with such a large power, then choosing a servo motor is also to reduce power. What is the difference between this and choosing a stepper motor?
