The main difference between CNC plasma cutting machine and handheld cutting and copy cutting is that it has fast cutting speed and high cutting accuracy. However, many users have not reported much improvement in processing efficiency after buying CNC cutting machine. What is the reason? In the final analysis, it is mainly because customers do not understand the relevant knowledge of CNC plasma cutting machine well enough and cannot use it skillfully. In view of these situations, we mainly focus on solving the following four points:

1. There is no automatic cutting process and cutting parameter database on the CNC system. Cutting workers can only rely on experience and visual observation, and operate CNC cutting machine manually. Automatic perforation and automatic cutting cannot be achieved, and the consumption efficiency of cutting machine is naturally very low.

2. Inappropriate cutting method is used. When setting up the cutting, the cutting method used is too simple. All single parts must be perforated and cut completely. Efficient cutting methods such as common edge, borrowing edge, and bridging are not used, resulting in low cutting efficiency and serious waste of cutting nozzle consumables (especially plasma cutting nozzles).

3. Failure to use nesting software leads to low material utilization rate.Failure to use nesting software, but calling parts on the CNC system or reading parts for manual programming, and performing partial cutting, not only wastes time, but also wastes materials. Therefore, installing nesting software saves both time and materials.

4. Slow cutting caused by unstable CNC system.Due to the heating of the CPU and hard disk of the CNC system, the system is unstable and cannot work full-time; or the fan is worn, the hard disk vibrates or is damaged by virus infection, resulting in production stagnation, and there may be defects in the cutting control software of the CNC system, resulting in faults or cutting errors, which will also delay cutting production and affect cutting quality.
