Regarding the usual use habits of the fiber laser cutting machine, you must maintain good startup habits. This can prevent errors and extend the service life and stability of the machine. The fiber laser cutting machine should be operated by a designated person. When multiple people operate it, a main operator must be designated and the startup and shutdown operations must be strictly enforced.

Strictly follow the following startup sequence

1. Check whether there are any objects in the machine tool operating range that affect the safe operation of the machine tool;

2. Turn on the main power switch of the fiber laser cutting machine and the power switches of each branch control;

3. Turn on the voltage stabilizer and check whether the voltage stabilizer is operating normally;

4. Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser and let the fiber laser's built-in air conditioner or internal desuperheater run for more than 30 minutes;

5. Turn on the air compressor after the fiber laser is turned on and runs for 20 minutes, and check whether the air compressor is operating normally;

6. Open the air circuit control valve, turn on the cold dryer, check whether the cold dryer is operating normally, and check whether the air pressure is normal;

7. Open the cutting auxiliary gas control valve according to cutting needs, and check whether the cutting auxiliary gas pressure is normal;

8. Turn on the machine tool power switch, press the power button to start the machine tool control system, and the machine tool returns to the origin after the control system starts normally;

9. After the fiber laser is turned on for more than 30 minutes, turn on the chiller to check whether the chiller is running normally;

10. After the actual temperature of the high and low temperature water of the chiller reaches the set temperature ±1℃ range, turn on the high voltage of the fiber laser to check whether the fiber laser is running normally.

11. Turn on the exhaust fan or dust collector to check whether the exhaust fan or dust collector is running normally, and the fiber laser cutting machine enters the waiting state for cutting.

Strictly follow the following shutdown sequence

1. Preparation before shutdown

a. First move the cutting head to the highest point, and stop the X and Y axes in a safe position.

b. Exchange the workbench or stop the workbench in a safe position.

2. Turn off the laser high voltage, turn off the laser low voltage, wait for about 3 minutes, and then turn off the laser main power (Rofin laser can turn off the laser power immediately). Turn off all key switches on the laser electrical cabinet and remove them for safekeeping.

3. Press the emergency stop button on the side of the machine control panel and turn off the key switch, remove the key for safekeeping. Exit the operation page of the CNC system, and when the page prompts that the power can be turned off, turn off the power of the machine tool main control cabinet.

4. Turn off the power of the chiller and dryer.

5. Turn off the voltage regulator.

6. Turn off all cutting auxiliary gases before turning off the laser gas.

7. Turn off the power of the air compressor and open the gas tank discharge valve.
