4. The automatic cutting trolley shall run empty and select the cutting speed.

5. Operators must wear protective masks, welding gloves, hats, filter membrane dust masks and sound insulation earmuffs. Personnel without protective glasses are strictly prohibited from directly observing the plasma arc, and exposed skin is strictly prohibited from approaching the plasma arc.

6. During cutting, the operator shall stand upwind. The air can be drawn from the lower part of the workbench, and the open area on the console should be reduced.

7. During cutting, when the CNC plasma cutting machine no-load voltage is too high, check the electrical grounding, zero connection and cutting torch handle insulation, insulate the workbench from the ground, or install no-load circuit breaker in the electrical control system.

8. The high-frequency generator shall be equipped with shielding shield. After high-frequency arc striking, the high-frequency circuit shall be cut off immediately.

9. Thorium and tungsten electrodes shall comply with article 12.7.8 of jgj33-2001.

Cutting operation and personnel protection

1. The CNC plasma cutting machine used on site shall be equipped with rain proof, moisture-proof and sun proof shed, and shall be equipped with corresponding fire-fighting equipment.

2. When cutting at height, the safety belt must be fastened. Fire prevention measures shall be taken around and below the cutting, and special personnel shall be assigned to monitor.

3. When it is necessary to cut pressure vessels, sealed vessels, oil drums, pipelines and workpieces stained with combustible gas and solution, first eliminate the pressure in the vessels and pipelines, eliminate combustible gas and solution, and then flush toxic, harmful and flammable substances; For containers with residual grease, wash them with steam and alkaline water, open the cover, confirm that the containers are cleaned, and then fill them with clean water before cutting. Measures to prevent electric shock, poisoning and suffocation shall be taken for welding and cutting in the container. Air holes shall be reserved for the cut sealed container, and ventilation equipment shall be installed at the air inlet and outlet if necessary; The lighting voltage in the container shall not exceed 12V, and the welder and workpiece shall be insulated; Special personnel shall be arranged outside the container for supervision. It is forbidden to cut in containers that have been sprayed with paint and plastic.

4. It is strictly prohibited to cut the pressure vessels, pipelines, live CNC plasma cutting machine, stressed parts of bearing structures and containers containing inflammables and explosives under pressure.

5. Welding and cutting in the open air is not allowed in rainy days. When working in wet areas, operators shall stand where insulating articles are paved and wear insulating shoes.

6. After operation, cut off the power supply and turn off the air source and water source.
