CNC plasma cutting machine has the characteristics of multi-function, high efficiency, high speed, high precision, low labor intensity and high automation. Or the process can obtain a nearly vertical cutting surface, etc. The processing quality of CNC plasma cutting machine cutting parts plays a key role in the whole product, so it is particularly important to effectively prevent the deformation of processed parts.
Due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the plate, there will be relative movement between the workpiece and the remaining material during the cutting process. According to the difference between the weight of the workpiece and the weight of the remaining material, the relative movement can be divided into the following three situations:
1. When the weight of the workpiece is greater than the weight of the remaining material, the workpiece does not move, and the remaining material moves relative to the platform, which does not affect the size of the workpiece;
2. When the weight of the workpiece is less than the weight of the remaining material, the workpiece moves relative to the platform, the remaining material does not move, and the workpiece has a certain deviation;
3. When the weight of the workpiece is equal to the weight of the remaining material, the workpiece and the remaining material may move relative to the platform, which affects the size of the workpiece.
Practice has shown that the dimensional error of the workpiece is generally between 0.3 and 4 mm due to the movement of the workpiece or the remaining material relative to the platform.
In the process of CNC plasma cutting, if a reasonable cutting process is selected, the amount of deformation produced is also different. For the concave parts, the method of two-piece paired cutting is adopted, first cutting the inner edge, then cutting the outer edge, and finally separating the two pieces from the outside to the inside. For offset hollow pieces, two pieces should be cut in pairs, and finally the two pieces should be separated.
CNC plasma cutting is superior to CNC flame cutting machine in terms of cutting quality and cutting efficiency in the processing industry. It can cut various metals with different working gases, especially for non-ferrous metals. Analyze the deformation law and influence of the cutting parts of the CNC plasma cutting machine, perform appropriate plate leveling treatment before cutting, and reasonably fix the plate to prevent the workpiece from moving during the cutting process; when compiling the cutting program, select a reasonable cutting process, The maximum size of the workpiece is separated from the mother board; when cutting slender parts or special-shaped parts, using two-piece pairing cutting and other control methods can effectively prevent or reduce the deformation of the cutting parts.
