When the temperature drops and the weather turns cold, in order to ensure the normal operation of CNC plasma cutting machine in winter, corresponding anti freezing measures need to be taken.

1. The weather is cold in winter and the temperature is low. The pipes of the chiller may freeze due to low ambient temperature, which may cause damage to the core components of the CNC plasma cutting machine. To solve this problem, the following protection work should be done.

The recommended method to prevent icing is to keep the temperature of chiller and equipment above 0 ° C.

If the temperature does not reach above 0 ° C, keep the cooling equipment and chiller on. If the water in the pipe is flowing all the time, it can prevent icing. Of course, in this case, if the chiller is shut down for a long time due to failure or power failure, there is also a certain risk of icing.

If none of the above methods work, antifreeze can be added to the chiller. You don't need to add too much refrigerant, just 25%. After adding antifreeze, it can withstand - 20 ℃ without freezing.

2. Due to the different climates in the northern and southern hemispheres, some areas are humid and rainy in winter and the air environment is humid. Excessive humidity inside the NC plasma cutting machine will lead to condensation of components inside the plasma power supply. Therefore, the humidity of the environment around the plasma power supply must be reduced. After turning on the main power supply of the laser and before the plasma power supply, turn on the air conditioner of the attached control cabinet and run for 30 minutes to prevent the components in the cabinet from failure due to moisture.

3. If the NC plasma cutting machine is not used for a long time in winter, the water in the water tank will deteriorate due to long-term non replacement, or freeze due to low temperature, which will damage the part of the NC plasma cutting machine. In order to ensure the normal operation of the NC plasma cutting machine, drain all the water in the water tank before stopping use, remove one end of the small water pipe, and blow out all the water with air When starting up again, first check whether the machine is frozen and whether the room temperature is above 0 ℃.

Everyone can use CNC plasma cutting machine in cold winter. As long as anti freezing measures are taken, the NC plasma cutting machine can operate normally.
