1. Industrial acetylene

Acetylene, also known as calcium carbide gas, is lighter than oxygen. At normal temperature, acetylene is colorless, and acetylene is a dangerous gas that is easy to explode. When the temperature exceeds 200-300 ℃, acetylene will undergo exothermic polymerization, and the exothermic heat will further polymerize. If the heat cannot be quickly removed in this process, the polymerization will be strengthened and accelerated, It will raise the temperature of acetylene and then cause the differentiation and explosion of acetylene. When the pressure of pure acetylene gas is 1.5 gauge pressure and the temperature reaches 580 ℃, there is no need for external ignition, and it will explode by itself. 2. Industrial oxygen

Oxygen is a colorless, tasteless and odorless gas, which cannot be burned by itself, but it is the combustion supporting gas of CNC flame cutting machine. The maximum pressure of the oxygen storage bottle is 150 atmospheres and the volume is 40 liters. A pressure reducer is installed at the outlet of the oxygen bottle to reduce the high-pressure oxygen to the required working pressure, about 3-4 atmospheres, and keep the pressure stable. The industrial gas for gas welding and gas cutting is generally divided into three levels.

3. Busbar room

The construction of bus bar room must meet the fire-fighting needs: the buildings should be single-layer and placed in an independent place. It is forbidden to build in low injection areas or places easy to be swallowed by water, nor close to densely populated areas or traffic arteries. The place should have excellent natural ventilation, and its doors and windows should be open to the outside. A simple, overhead and light roof shall be selected, which shall be flat and free of dead corners.

When it is necessary for the bus bar to be adjacent to the workshop, the adjacent wall shall be a secondary firewall, and there shall be no holes, holes, doors, windows and pipelines on the wall.
