4. Due to the need for additional work to eliminate burr, the severity and amount of burr can directly determine the cutting quality.

1) heat affected area; 2) Depression and corrosion; 3) Material deformation

Heat affected area refers to the depth of the area where the internal structure changes; It has an adverse effect on the appearance of cutting edges and dents. They appear in cutting errors that should be avoided in general; Finally, if the cutting causes the part to heat sharply, it will deform. This is particularly important in fine machining because the contours and connecting pieces are usually only a few tenths of a millimeter wide. Controlling laser power and using short laser pulses can reduce component heating and avoid deformation.

6. The notch surface is rough, and the surface roughness is the key to measure the surface quality of NC cutting. In fact, for the NC plasma cutting machine, the cutting section texture is directly related to the roughness. Often, the poor cutting performance of the section texture will also directly lead to the high roughness. However, considering the different causes of the two different effects, we generally analyze the processing quality of the metal laser NC cutting machine separately. The NC cutting section will form vertical lines, and the depth of the lines determines the roughness of the cutting surface. The shallower the lines, the smoother the cutting section. Roughness not only affects the appearance of the edge, but also affects the friction characteristics. In most cases, it is necessary to reduce the roughness, so the shallower the grain, the higher the cutting quality.
