Therefore, after cutting, be sure not to touch it with your hands in a hurry. Wait until the steel plate has completely cooled down before touching it with your hands. Touch it, or it can be removed with mechanical equipment after cutting.

When the CNC plasma cutting machine cuts materials, the temperature is very high. Some flammable materials such as chemical fiber clothes cannot be placed close to the cutting steel plate or cutting gun to prevent them from catching fire. Guide rails and racks are prone to generate heat due to friction when used. Excessive heat generated at a glance will affect the material of the components. In order to prevent excessive heat from being generated, lubricating oil must be added before use.

Things that are prone to explosion when exposed to high temperatures cannot be stored at the cutting site, such as gas bottles and air pipes. Do not leave them at the cutting site. When using a CNC plasma cutting machine or CNC flame cutting machine, the air pipe and power cord should be suspended in mid-air by a bracket and should not be placed on the guide rail or cutting plane to prevent damage and accidents.

When using a CNC plasma cutting machine, you must concentrate and not be half-hearted. Many production accidents are caused by lack of concentration during operation. After use, turn off the power and air source, and wipe the panel clean to ensure it can be used next time.
