·Power supply issues. Make sure the power connection is correct and there is no looseness or corrosion. You need to check whether the power cord is loose or corroded.

·Voltage issues. CNC plasma cutting machines usually require a stable voltage supply. If the voltage is unstable or insufficient, it may cause the cutting machine to not arc. You should check whether the power output current is normal and whether the ground wire is connected correctly.

·Air pressure issues. Check whether the air pressure is normal, because too low air pressure will cause the cutting machine to not arc. Ensure that the supply of oxygen and nitrogen is sufficient, and check whether the gas pipeline is blocked or the joint is loose.

·Electrode and nozzle problems. If the electrode is damaged or excessively worn, or the nozzle position is incorrect or damaged, it will also cause the cutting machine to not arc. The status of the electrode and nozzle needs to be checked and replaced.

·Cutting head problem. Check whether the cutting head is clean, worn or clogged. If there is a problem with the cutting head, it needs to be cleaned or replaced.

·Gas flow issues. Make sure the pressure in the gas cylinder is sufficient and check whether there is any leakage in the gas pipeline. If the gas flow is insufficient, you can increase the opening of the gas flow.

·Control system issues. If the arc cannot be started after all the above hardware problems have been eliminated, there may be a problem with the arc starting plate or program inside the plasma power supply, and you need to return it to the factory for repair or contact after-sales service.

In addition, if a CNC plasma cutting machine using AC power supply is in an industrial environment, it may be affected by voltage fluctuations and electrical interference, and should be kept away from large electrical equipment and sources of electrical interference.
