We use CNC plasma cutting machine every day, and we must pay attention to the maintenance of the plasma cutting torch lifting device.
1. Clean the dust on the moving body and the cutting torch every day to maintain a good heat dissipation effect.
2. If there is a sensor, the sensor wire and its plug should be kept in a good connection state, otherwise the automatic signal transmission will be stable and affect the automatic lifting control of the cutting torch.
3. The sensor and the high-voltage ignition wire should keep a certain distance, and should not be tied in parallel, so as to prevent high-frequency interference during high-voltage ignition, resulting in damage to the torch height adjustment control circuit.
4. When dismantling the sensor matcher, be careful not to lose the compression spring installed inside to prevent the automatic signal transmission from being unstable due to poor contact, which will affect the automatic lifting and lowering control of the cutting torch.
5. The grounding wire of the high-voltage electric firearm should be kept in a good connection state, otherwise the gas ignition will be unstable and the automatic ignition control will be affected.
6. Each lifting torch is equipped with an electrical insulating sleeve. It is easy to accumulate metal dust and metal slag generated during cutting. It must be cleaned up in time every day to prevent short circuit phenomenon, which will lead to the failure of the torch height adjustment control and cause the circuit damage.
7. The torch lift transmission device of the CNC plasma cutting machine needs to regularly refuel the internal transmission system, and check the working status of the lift limit switch and whether the connection status of the lift motor is loose or damaged.
8. The inside of the igniter should be regularly cleaned of the attached metal dust and metal slag produced by cutting, otherwise the gas ignition will be unstable and the automatic ignition control will be affected.
9. The connection between the sensor ring and the sensor matcher should be fast and reliable. The cutting nozzle should be installed at the center of the sensor ring. The two should not touch or collide to prevent the automatic signal transmission from being unstable and affecting the automatic lifting control of the cutting torch.
10. The workpiece to be cut and the worktable should be well grounded to prevent unstable automatic signal transmission due to poor contact, affecting the automatic lifting control of the cutting torch, and poor plasma cutting quality.
