1. Operators must wear protective masks, welding gloves, hats, filter dust masks and soundproof earmuffs. Personnel without protective goggles are strictly prohibited from directly observing the plasma arc, and bare skin is strictly prohibited from approaching the plasma arc.

2. When the metal gantry CNC plasma cutting machine is cutting, the operator should stand on the upper wind to operate. The air can be drawn from the lower part of the workbench, and the open area on the workbench should be reduced.

3. When cutting, when the no-load voltage is too high, check the electrical grounding, zero connection and the insulation of the torch handle, insulate the worktable from the ground, or install a no-load circuit breaker in the electrical control system.

4. The high-frequency generator should be equipped with a shielding shield, and the high-frequency circuit should be cut off immediately after the high-frequency arc is used.

5. The use of thorium and tungsten electrodes should comply with the provisions of Article 12.7.8 of JGJ33-2001.

6. The cutting operation and cooperating personnel must wear labor protection equipment as required. Safety measures must be taken to prevent accidents such as electric shock, falling from heights, gas poisoning and fire.

7. The electric welding machine used on site should be equipped with a shed that is rain-proof, moisture-proof and sun-proof, and corresponding fire-fighting equipment should be installed.

8. Safety belts must be fastened when welding or cutting at high altitudes, fire prevention measures should be taken around and below the welding and cutting, and special personnel should be supervised.

9. The operation and maintenance of automatic equipment of metal gantry CNC plasma cutting machine involves potential danger, and operators should be cautious to prevent injury;

10. If the limbs touch the moving machine, they may be entangled or even injured;

11. Do not wear loose clothes and clothes such as cords when operating the machine to prevent being entangled by the machine;

12. The high-voltage electric shock of the plasma CNC cutting machine can injure people and cause death, and must be installed in accordance with the steps and requirements specified by the manufacturer;

13. When the power is turned on, do not touch the wires and cables;

14. Gantry CNC cutting machines should and only be operated by trained personnel.

Daily maintenance of gantry CNC plasma cutting machine

1. The track does not allow people to stand, step on, lean on heavy objects, and do not allow collision. The track surface is cleaned with compressed air after each shift and then wiped with gauze dipped in 20# engine oil. Keep the rail surface lubricated and clean at all times.

2. The drive rack should be cleaned with 20# oil every day, and no particle splashes on the rack are allowed.

3. The operator is only allowed to disassemble the cutting nozzle, the rest of the parts cannot be disassembled at will, and the electrical junction box can only be opened when the relevant personnel are allowed to overhaul.

4. If the metal gantry CNC plasma cutting machine fails, please ask the maintenance personnel to deal with it in time. If the failure is large, it should be reported to the equipment department to organize a joint review of the relevant personnel to determine the maintenance plan. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the machine for inspection without permission.
