3. If the towline is found to be damaged during the inspection, it should be replaced in time to prevent the cables in the towline from being damaged or broken.

4. All travel switches, safety limit switches and emergency stop switches installed on the machine should be replaced in time if they are found to be damaged during inspection. (Note: The safety device is not allowed to be changed at will, but after the fuse is damaged, it cannot be bridged with wires or other conductors, and it is not allowed to change the characteristic parameters of the original configuration at will, losing the protective effect.)

5. Usually, the doors of the CNC operation cabinet and the control cabinet of the drive servo electrical appliance should be kept closed at any time to avoid the entry of metal dust generated during cutting, and to prevent the operator from accidentally touching the electrical device and get an electric shock. The control cabinet only has specially trained operators. to open.

6. The cooling fans, air conditioners and heaters installed in the CNC operation cabinet and the drive servo electrical control cabinet should be kept in good working condition and should be checked regularly. If any damage is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time to ensure that it is in a good working condition.

7. Regularly check the parameter settings of the CNC system and AC servo drive of the CNC plasma cutting machine to ensure that the machine is in good working condition. This work should be performed by specially trained operators.
